VIP Program
U.S. Senator Ben Cardin (D-MD), a member of the Senate Small Business and Entrepreneurship Committee, the Montgomery County Chamber Community Foundation (MCCCF) and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) offers at no cost the National Veteran Institute for Procurement (VIP) program. It provides technical training to veteran-owned businesses to help them compete and comply successfully in the federal contracting market place.
