She served the state of Maryland for two years before returning to the private sector as a Vice President within the University of Maryland Medical System.
In 2016, after surviving and recovering from a brain tumor, she started Extend Coaching & Consulting, an executive coaching firm that helps business leaders find their voice. Extend’s clients lead with more confidence, their teams deliver better results, and their companies grow faster. She is an avid runner and lives in Towson with her husband, daughter, and four-legged office mate.
